BMW S55 F8x Oil Cooler (Upgrade)

Improve the efficiency of your cooling system with our upgraded CNC S55 oil cooler. 

Our upgraded oil coolers feature a bar and plate core, which is an improvement in strength and durability - a massive advantage given that these coolers are situated underneath the vehicle with the entire core exposed.

Besides the upgrade in structure, our CNC oil coolers feature an increased capacity in excess of 40%. This will allow your oil cooler to cool your engine oil more effectively (advantageous for both race setups and street setups). 

Lastly, the exposed oil coolers are a known flaw in the F80 / F82 / F87 platform. The factory tube and fin design is easier damaged by road debris as opposed to our upgraded CNC bar and plate design. Although much more robust, it is always recommended to pair this upgrade with an oil cooler guard (this is available on our store as well, and sold separately). 

Units are bolt on, and fit perfectly with OEM oil feed pipes. No modifications required. Slight increase in oil capacity may result, given the larger core from factory.

All kits come with new o rings and bolts for the oil cooler lines.
