How Orders Are Fulfilled
From the moment of placing the order, a system generated email will be sent to you confirming your purchase.
A member of our team will fulfill orders in one of 2 ways:
1) Pickup In Store Orders: Once the product you have ordered is confirmed to be ready, the product will be marked as "ready for pickup". You will receive an email of this confirmation. You may then pop into our store (please check operating hours on our Google page to confirm our availability).
2) Shipping Orders: Once a shipping order is placed (anywhere in South Africa), a shipment will be booked via a courier company of choice. Once a waybill is generated, an email will be sent to you confirming the waybill number. A tracking link will be included in this email. Simply input the waybill number into the tracking link that you are taken to upon clicking, to view the current status of your shipment.
