Aluminium Swirl Flap Delete Kit / Plug for BMW 6 Cylinder N57 / N57S Engines

This kit allows you to remove the problematic swirl flaps that are known to degrade and eventually disintegrate. This then ends up being sucked into the engine, most of the time with dire consequences.

The aluminium plug is designed to blank the hole left in the inlet manifold after the swirl flaps have been removed. The factory swirl flap motor housing is then refitted to hold the plug in place.
