BMW G30 DRL Modules (LED ADAPTIVE)

Burnt out DRL tubes have been known to plague the BMW G30 5 series platform. 

A common failure is that the DRL board (see pic 2 and 3) burn out and melt the DRL lighting tube/reticle. 

As a result, the DRL module has to be replaced. 

These units are sold as single pieces - PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH SIDE IS REQUIRED.

Left = Passengers side

Right = Driver's side. 

Please inspect the reticle to verify that it is not melted by the DRL. If it is, instead of replacing the headlight, consider making use of a Dremel to lightly grind the burnt layer off. Please consult YouTube for a guide on this.
